Paid plans have a minimum contract term of 12 months. The free plan requires no contract.

We also have special arrangements for universities wishing to collaborate with InfoTiles or our customers.

Data is stored in Microsoft Azure Data Centres and access is controlled by your IT Department.

Upgrading can be done at any time. Downgrading plans is possible, but may affect any annual discounts active on the account.

The primary source of support is our Knowledge Base supplemented by Online Support from InfoTiles staff. Customers with long term contracts are also able to access training sessions and consultancy services.
